Job Description
Oil & Gas company located in NW has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Coordinator.
Our client is a reputable industrial equipment supplier who have built a name in the gas production, transmission, and process markets.
They are also alive and well in power generation, transportation, and industrial industries.
Warehouse is climate controlled.
This position is temp to hire
Once hired on, they provide great benefits.
Paying $18-20 per hour depending on experience.
Please apply if you have the following experience, meeting the qualifications and have recent experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create pick tickets (TOs) for outbound deliveries, match up the deliveries with tickets and take to warehouse- highlight important notes and mark the dates required to complete by.
- Arrange trucking requests and calling couriers that require setting up a collection between locations or from other storage locations.
- Collect and post deliveries that are completed throughout the day from the shipping stations (stock or small parcel).
- Scan Proof of Delivery to the delivery in SAP once posted.
- Stock Checks (if someone needs a quantity verified on the shelf).
- Freight charge requests if not already included in delivery.
Qualifications:
- SAP experience
- Excel a plus
- 1+ years manufacturing- customer focused in defining quality and establishing priorities
- Forklift experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong oral and written communication
- Ability to pass a drug or background test
- Lift up to 30lbs.
- Safety glasses, shoes and earplugs (when needed)
- Perform sedentary work; pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, stretching and other physical activities
