Job Description

Track Coordinator- Houston, TX 77034 Responsible for the administrative function of the TRACK (or equivalent customer timekeeping) system, data entry and cost control practices. 
Responsibilities:
  • Reviews and corrects discrepancies on daily information forms, Asset Voice, and  within the TRACK CMP system. 
  • Responsible for the maintenance and data in the TRACK CMP  (or equivalent  customer timekeeping) system. 
  • Assists supplier timekeepers and other.
  • Respond to general questions, resolve issues per the contract agreement. 
  • Review and modify TRACK work processes as needed. 
  • Prepares reports of findings and recommendations for management. 
  • Prepares and reconciles final job costs and provide support for any customer change orders. 
  • Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonableness of price. 
  • Prepares various reports and will handle confidential information. 
  • Provides purchase order support and handles any TRACK related task. 
  • Verify daily allocation and authorization from TRACK data. 
  • Performs other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related discipline. 
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract administration or similar related experience in maintenance, purchasing, accounting or other support positions.   
  • Must have experience with TRACK or other timekeeping software and the administrative aspects. 
  • Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and interpret contracts and contractual agreements. 
  • Understanding auditing principles. 
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with management and employees.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve and be a self-starter. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
