Job Description

El Paso company is looking for a Title Representative.

Job duties:
  • Responsible for processing and maintaining vehicle titles associated with credit union loans. 
  • Performs suspense and processing functions in accordance with specific state regulations. Places liens on titles used as collateral for loans. 
  • Coordinates the processing of out-of-state titles. 
  • Answers questions from both members and Credit union personnel. 
  • Completes related reports and paperwork and maintains and updates files. 
  • Researches and resolves recordkeeping errors or discrepancies.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Additional computer and business training helpful.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
  • General understanding of Credit union loan and title processes.
  • Knowledge of specific state title processing requirements and regulations.
  • Knowledge of related computer applications.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Two years of office related experience.

$15.07/hr.

Position will run for up to 2 months.
