Job Description

Company located in east El Paso is looking for a Team Lead for their warehouse.


General purpose:

 

Will be responsible for managing the process for returning inventory back to vendors. This position evaluates dated product to return the inventory within the vendor return window. 

 

Job duties:
  • Manage all components from customers to be returned to vendor and keep good control of inventory.
  • Make sure employees have material available for RTV and RMA process.
  • Balance employee work loads.
  • Review daily activity.
  • Communicate with vendors to get the Return Material Authorizations (RMA).
  • Manage inventory.
  • Monitor/track shipments of returns.
  • Manage the training and performance of the warehouse clerks.

 

 

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5 years plus as a lead/supervisor.
  • Bilingual.
  • Good multi-tasking skills.
  • Forklift certified.
  • Computer literate.

Working hours are for 2nd shift.

$16/hr.

Position could become full time with the company.
