Our client, a Dallas-based Non-Profit Educational Research organization is seeking a Student Advisor to join their team. As an Advisors you will administering tests directly with clients, scoring the tests, writing about the results in a professional report, discussing suggestions with clients, as well as answering questions related to your recommendations. Advisors have assisted clients to determine and find their niche college majors, and/or careers. Over 30k clients have no become square pegs in round holes.
Requirements include:
A bachelor’s degree, - graduate students welcome!
There is no specific required major / undergraduate degree / advanced degree, but social sciences, humanities, education, and human resources have been the most common backgrounds of advisors.
Confidence and assertiveness in working with people from competitive academic backgrounds and high educational expectations is necessary.
In-the-Office hours are 8:00-5:00, but you will not work over 40 hours a week.
