Job Description

Sr. Total Rewards Analyst- Houston Area  A company in the Houston area is looking for a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to join their team. Candidates must have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in the HR field focusing on 401k, benefits, and compliance. This company offers a great atmosphere and benefits! Bonus and stock eligible.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local retirement plans and benefits regulations, including FLSA, IRS, ERISA, and other relevant legislation.
  • Design and execute internal audits related to retirement and benefits programs to identify risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations to address any findings, and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze retirement and benefits data to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on total rewards compliance-related issues and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors, HR, accounting, IT, and internal audit departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration on compliance, audit matters, and plan administration.
  • Assist with administering benefits and retirement plans.
