Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities include client coordination on all aspects for a project from feasibility to construction acceptance. Project Manager's will work closely with the Design Manager to ensure technical design of the project meets the clients’ needs and expectations. Project Manager's oversee all construction aspects of the project, coordinates with municipal utility districts, is responsible for preparing contracts, submittal invoicing and involved in business development activities. Candidates for a Project Manager position should have at least six years of experience engineering in the residential development industry. P.E. certification is required.
B.S. Engineering
Licensed P.E. (any state) with 5 years of experience.
Your experience must be in Single Family Home Development - drainage, site development & planning, working with MUD's, construction phase processes, working through permitting, and full scope project management.
Leadership skills, collaboration abilities and a professional persona are important skills in this team environment.
Please be prepared to discuss details in your work history that will share with us your experience creating plans, schedules, coordinating engineering work, etc.
NOTE: This employer can consider those with 10+ years of experience who can step in and have a strong understanding of engineering principles and project management within Single-family land development.
