Modern, Innovative Commercial Construction Company in Northwest Houston is looking to add a Senior Level HR Generalist to their trailblazing team.
Position Overview
Under the guidance and direction of the HR Manager, the HR Generalist is responsible for enhancing department functions by planning, implementing, and developing policies and procedures, and creating and delivering onboarding, and employee orientation programs. In addition, this position is responsible for HRIS administration, annual preparation and maintenance of employee benefits, timesheet management and maintaining employee job descriptions. The HRG is required to answer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, and procedures and is expected to cultivate partnerships and deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives.

Skills and Experience needed
7-9 years years of directly related previous work experience
Experience with HR software/database administration
Great relationship builder
Strong planning and organization skills
Maintains energetic and positive attitude
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, to write simple correspondence, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
