Job Description
Prestigious private equity firm is seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant to provide administrative support a Partner and VP's as well as plan large company wide events. Perks include 3 remote days/ week, 100% paid insurance and flexible PTO.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support to Partner/VPs
- Calendar management
- Heavy calendar scheduling
- Travel booking and coordination
- Monthly expense reports
- Projects as needed
- Event Planning (quarterly board dinners, fun office events, and give back initiatives)
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Scheduling new employee onboarding meetings
- Maintain contacts database
- Contribute to the culture while executing initiatives that keep the team engaged
Requirements
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting Partners/ Founders/ C-level executives
