Job Description

A major hospital in the Houston Medical Center is looking for a Sr. Executive Assistant supporting someone in executive leadership.


This position is TEMP/CONTRACT for 6 – 8 weeks (with a possibility of extension or consideration for the direct role)  


To qualify for this role, you MUST have 5 – 10 years of experience supporting executive level, advanced knowledge of Outlook, efficient, and very tech savvy.


  • In office role
  • Free parking
  • Hours: 8 – 5pm / 40 hours a week
    • Not a lot of hours outside normal hours
  • Attire: Business Professional attire
  • Degree is preferred


  • Responsible for performing complex assignments to include maintaining an executive's schedule, and planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Supports an Executive leadership in an administrative capacity performing many high-level tasks, including managing information technology, making travel arrangements, and creating presentations or proposals.
  • Attends meetings and keeps minutes and is responsible for handling highly confidential documents, protecting an organization's confidential information, communication and information management, and events.
  • Act as a liaison to internal and external contacts in a manner that promotes the professional image of the company and extension of executive leadership, interacting with all levels of the organization.

She manages the temp operations staff as well as the direct hire consultants in the office. While at Burnett, she has worked her way up from a Staff Assistant to Staffing Manager to Operations Manager. Michelle specializes in Administrative, HR, and Legal positions, which offer her the opportunity to work with a variety of people and help change their lives. Michelle is also involved in managing convention events with clients and her team to ensure a smooth and successful show.

Michelle has excellent client and candidate relationships that maintain year after year while keeping in touch. Michelle has twin boy toddlers and is a busy working mother with a passion for her family and career.
