Job Description
Job Summary: The function of the IT Tech Support is to address and resolve issues for all office personnel, including the deployment, administration, and/or support of technology systems essential to the day-to-day operations. Assists with AV support in conference rooms to include light networking such as cabling and/ or patch panel. Travel is required. This position is part of a team directed jointly by the IT Project Manager and the Director of IT.
The ideal candidate must meet the following interpersonal criteria; is self-aware, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization; positive collaboration within the team; attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment; delivers outstanding client service, proactive in seeking innovative ways in which to help others, and excellent communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor, and presentation. Law firm experience is preferred.
Job site information:
- Fulltime position: Monday through Friday.
- On-call for one week. On rotation every 8 weeks.
- Full-time onsite for the duration of the probationary period (90 days). Hybrid thereafter (4in-office/1remote)
- Travel required for trial support and/ or projects in other office locations.
