Accounting Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant, CPA In this role, you will manage financial accounting processes, oversee monthly and year-end reports, perform complex reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will also support budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, and maintain internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and support documentation.
- Lead annual budget preparation and perform budget-to-actual variance analysis.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Supervise accounting operations including journal entries and fixed asset schedules.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP principles.
- Manage audit schedules and support external audits.
- Enforce internal controls to protect assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sr. Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
- Must pass a nationwide background check and drug screen.
