Burnett is currently partnering with a national leader in mechanical construction contractor! This outstanding client has an immediate need for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at their Coupland, TX shop. This is a full-time, permanent position with a ton of growth opportunity! Main Job Duties:

Main Job Duties:
- Sign packing slips for vendors
- Determine which job/manager the delivered material is for
- Unload material off trucks
- Paint/mark or label all pallets with correct job numbers
- Scan all documents into proper job folders (electronic filing)
- Send all documents to Project Managers and/or other job managers
- Store material in correct shop location and communicate location of material to owner
- Deliver all UPS and Fedex packages to correct personnel
- Use Fedex App for all shipping needs (ground and freight)
- Coordinate all job site deliveries
- Load material for drivers heading to job sites
- Turn in all packing slips to proper Admin contacts
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be physically fit and capable of walking long distances and standing for long periods of time
- Able to work 10+ hour shifts in all weather conditions
- Must be able to carry and use heavy equipment
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and follow directions
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Role will be 100% on site at Coupland Warehouse/Shop (78615 zip)
- Hours will be Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm + likely OT
- Pay is $22-$25/hr, DOE + full benefits
