In this role, you’ll keep our service and support operations running smoothly—coordinating field technicians, managing customer service requests, and ensuring timely parts and service delivery. What You’ll Do
- Manage after-sales service requests, quotes, and customer inquiries
- Process service tickets, sales orders, and purchase orders using CRM and ERP systems
- Schedule and coordinate field technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance
- Track parts shipments and keep customers informed of delivery timelines
- Communicate with warehouse, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support warranty questions, documentation, and billing follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical service environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM/ERP systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- $25/hour starting pay with potential for growth
