Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist- Commercial Roofing Systems (TPO and PIR) - North America

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Specialist specializing in commercial roofing systems, with a focus on TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) and PIR (Polyisocyanurate) technologies. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and market penetration within the North American region. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of roofing systems, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1.    Sales Strategy Development:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for revenue and growth in the commercial roofing sector.

· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

· Collaborate with executive management to set sales targets and objectives aligned with corporate goals.

2.       Customer Relationship Management:

 

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, architects, and distributors in the commercial roofing industry.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on TPO and PIR roofing systems, product specifications, and installation best practices.

· Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

3.       Sales Execution and Reporting:

· Direct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, sales presentations, and contract negotiations, to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management, providing insights into market trends, sales effectiveness, and areas for improvement.

4.       Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:

· Stay current on industry trends, building codes, regulations, and technological advancements related to TPO and PIR roofing systems.

· Conduct product training sessions for internal sales teams and external partners to ensure a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.

· Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance, customer requirements, and market demand.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the commercial roofing industry, with a focus on TPO and PIR roofing systems.

 

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Deep understanding of commercial roofing systems, building materials, and construction processes.

· Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

· Willingness to travel  (can accept at least 30% travel)
