Two Senior Recruiters Opening!

Fast growing national consulting firm in the Galleria area and is looking for two experienced Recruiters to join their outstanding, top producing team.

We're seeking proactive, FULLY IN-OFFICE experienced recruiters. 
MUST HAVE: Business Development Recruiting and Engineering Experience Recruiting

Full-Time and 100% On-Site
Monday - Friday
100% Paid Employee Benefits
Salary Range: $90K-120K - Depends on Experience
Direct Hire

Responsibilites:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales team needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize multiple channels to source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines, develop and execute on a sourcing strategy, properly assess candidate qualifications, and present and close opportunities effectively
  • Maintain and develop a profitable customer portfolio through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
Qualifications:
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and responsibilities, including experience selling B2B products/services.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-caliber sales talent in a competitive market.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and hiring senior sales professionals.
