Prestigious plaintiff’s firm in downtown Houston is seeking Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal. Looking for someone that is high performing and can do it all. This person will be working alongside a very busy senior litigation attorney.

Hours - 730-430p, 8a-5p, 830-530p

Schedule: In office 5 days a week 

Parking: Reimbursement up to $8/day for parking ($160 a month)

Benefits: 100% medical paid, 25% of dependent

          dental, vision - very reasonable  

          disability, life, etc.          

401-K - eligible after 1 full year of service 

Responsibilities/Qualifications
  • 10 plus years of personal injury experience
  • Trial experience
  • Must be confident as this is a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a file to trial role. This person will be the liaison for the attorney.
  • Assist with discovery responses.
  • Prepare exhibits
  • Assist with mediation, arbitration and trial preparation.
  • Attend mediation, arbitration and trial
  • Calendaring
  • Legal Research
  • Communicate with opposing counsel and court personnel
  • Communicate with clients.
