Senior IP Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
Our client, a nationally recognized litigation boutique, is seeking an experienced Senior IP Litigation Paralegal to join its Dallas office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside an elite trial team handling sophisticated intellectual property and complex commercial litigation for high-profile clients.
This is a highly visible, case-responsible role offering the opportunity to manage matters from inception through trial while working on some of the most complex litigation in the country.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of complex IP litigation matters from inception through trial
- Maintain case dockets, calendars, and litigation deadlines
- Prepare and coordinate pleadings, court filings, exhibits, and service of process
- Manage large-scale document productions, e-discovery databases, and privilege logs
- Coordinate depositions, experts, court reporters, videographers, and litigation vendors
- Prepare trial exhibits, hearing materials, and pretrial disclosures
- Provide on-site hearing and trial support and coordinate with local counsel and court personnel
Qualifications
- 5+ years of case-responsible IP Litigation Paralegal experience
- Experience supporting complex patent and intellectual property litigation required
- ABA Paralegal Certificate required
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong experience with e-discovery platforms, litigation databases, and trial preparation
- IPR experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to travel and work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as required
- $76.92–$82.05/hour
- Overtime eligible
