Job Summary:
  • Collaborate with Sales team and other departments to manage deliverables for all exhibit and sponsorship contracts
  • Manage and track corporate partner contract deliverables
  • Ensure sponsorship deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Ensure client records and all data in Salesforce is current and complete
  • Maintain contract sales to ensure accurate reporting
  • Input sales orders, create invoices, and process payments 
  • Produce and distribute ex surveys for all conferences with exhibit space
  • Distribute event attendee lists to exhibiting companies
  • Gather sales materials and coordinate logistics to ensure delivery of onsite collateral to conference show site
  • Monitor all exhibit and sponsorship information on the conference web sites and submit work order requests for updates to the web team
  • Assist in staffing events, as needed

Job Requirements
  • Associates degree preferred with one to two years of experience in a sales or marketing support position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Office 365 required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and CRM software preferred
  • Some understanding of accounting principles preferred
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and with minimal supervision
  • Client focused and proactive with client and internal communication
  • Occasional travel to Tampa, Florida may be required to participate in in-person meetings
