Job Summary:
- Senior sales leadership role responsible for driving commercial strategy, revenue growth, and business development across global markets.
- Oversees sales, customer support, technical commercial teams, and partner relationships while leading strategic planning, operational improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Responsible for building and developing high-performing teams, managing financial and performance objectives, expanding market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and aligning commercial operations with long-term business goals.
- Supports executive leadership in organizational planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering required.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience managing the sales and service functions in a capital equipment business required.
- International travel may be required.
- Travel up to 50% of working time.
- Must be willing to work overtime as required.
- Experience with Heat Transfer or Vacuum equipment a plus.
