Sales Coordinator- Sugar Land, TX 77478
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Sales Team. Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to preparing sales offers and presentations, collecting industry data and analyzing market trends, maintaining and updating customer lists, performing sale data analysis and creating detailed reports. Will also help with price list, catalog and sale collaterals, customer requested forms, vendor items and bank invoices. Will be communicating with key internal stakeholders and outside sales representatives, performing other inside sales duties as needed. This position requires the ability to professionally and efficiently manage daily sales activities to ensure department goals and objectives are achieved, supporting the Sales Team by being proactive, accurate and detailed while meeting deadlines and adjusting to changing priorities.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Prepare presentations and sales offers, trying to understand and evaluate customer needs
- Assist in tracking and reporting sale activities, pipeline development, forecast and delivered revenue using internal sales tools and KPI’s
- Support remote sales personnel keep track of pending and future projects to ensure timely execution and completion of day to day sale operations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure deliverables to customers are executed within appropriate timeline
- Participate in inventory management meetings to facilitate the communication of priorities
- between S&OP and Order Management/Shipping teams
- Partner with the Team in looking for solutions to generate add-on sales opportunities.
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity for revenue growth and cost reduction, seeking process improvement
- Understand the channel sale cycle and suggest strategies to strengthen brand partnerships
- Represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its products and services
- Act internally as main liaison contact for company’s B2B website, Order Management and the sales team in monitoring customer orders
- Assists with trade shows, preparation, attendance and follow-up ensuring delivery of sales literature and samples.
- Provide administrative sales support as assigned, based on workload and business needs.
- Coordinate with the Team in communicating with customer regarding purchase orders, pricing, and product inventory availability
- Other duties may be assigned based on business demands.
- Bachelor of Business degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint). *Advance knowledge in excel and power point is preferred.
- The ability to create forecasting and present data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Self-directed and knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Capable of establishing and maintaining good working relationships across departments
- High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- High degree of maturity, professionalism and “can-do” attitude at all times
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) would be a plus but not required.
