Job Description

Sales Administrator- Katy, TX 77449  Responsibilities:
  • Generating Quotes
  • Processing and Generating POs
  • Creating Warehouse Pick Jobs
  • Keeping a log of Back orders, ensuring those orders get Filled and released to warehouse jobs in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers via phone call, email and occasional in-person interaction.
  • Provide Sales Support to Houston office
  • Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish 
  • excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Pays High Attention to detail and has problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers and all office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word
