Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Manufacturer of construction materials is looking for someone to assist with administrative duties in their sales department.

Duties:
  • Responsible for coordinating sales data for the sales team. The data is used by other departments as well.
  • Data entry experience and done in an efficient and timely manner: detailed and minimal errors
  • Great customer service
  • Bilingual
  • Ability to work under pressure and availability to work at any given time on any given day.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work with other departments
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer to include knowledge of Microsoft Suite (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
  • Experience with SAP preferred but not required

Mon to Fri, 7 am to 4 pm with occasional Saturdays.

Pay: $20 to $22 depending on experience.

• Assignment Duration: Sept/October 2026 to ~ March 2027
