Join a mission-driven organization making a real impact in underserved communities, we are seeking an experienced SBA Commercial Lending Officer.
? What You'll Do:
✔ Originate and manage SBA 7(a), 504 & Express loans
✔ Build relationships with small businesses, CPAs, attorneys, and community partners
✔ Analyze financials, structure loan packages, and guide deals from application to closing
✔ Represent the bank at business and community events
✔ Support financial inclusion and economic empowerment initiatives
? What We're Looking For:
• 3–7 years of SBA lending experience
• Strong knowledge of SBA SOPs and eligibility requirements
• Proven business development and relationship-building skills
• Strong credit analysis and financial acumen
• Passion for supporting underserved and minority-owned businesses
