Job Description
A large oil and gas company is seeking an experienced Right-of-Way Document Specialist to join our Downtown Houston team. If you have a background in legal, right-of-way, or real estate documentation and excel at managing data and records with precision, we want to hear from you!
Right-of-Way Document Specialist
- Location: Downtown Houston
- Schedule: Monday–Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $35 - $36/hour
- Contract: Through the end of the year
- Parking reimbursement provided
- 100% In-Office Position
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize legal, right-of-way, and/or real estate documentation
- Perform document control tasks, including tracking, updating, and archiving files
- Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Update and maintain data management systems in alignment with company standards
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accessibility of documentation
Qualifications
- Prior experience in document management required
- Strongly prefer candidates with right-of-way, real estate, or paralegal backgrounds
- Proficient in document control systems and data entry
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Michelle specializes in Administrative, HR, Marketing, and Legal positions, which offer her the opportunity to work with a variety of people and help change their lives. Michelle is also involved in managing convention events with clients and her team to ensure a smooth and successful show.
