Job Description
We’re hiring a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist for a professional services client with teams across multiple markets. This person will manage full cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines, and partner closely with leaders on hiring strategy. The role begins as a contract assignment, with the potential to move into a full time position after a short period if it’s a strong mutual fit.

- Position: Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Location: Houston or Austin, Texas
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; 100% in office
- Parking: Free
- Pay: $85,000–$100,000 DOE
- Interview process: Three steps
What you’ll do
- Manage recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and acceptance.
- Build relationships with active and passive candidates, from emerging professionals through executive leadership.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand their needs and advise on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and candidate selection.
- Develop sourcing and engagement strategies through networking, professional organizations, social media, and other channels.
- Track recruiting activity and share updates, metrics, and hiring insights with stakeholders.
- Help strengthen the candidate experience and support consistent, effective interview practices.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in AEC or professional services strongly preferred
- Confidence screening candidates and advising leaders at different levels
- Experience with an applicant tracking system; Workday or Avature is a significant plus
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
- An engaging, collaborative, self-directed approach and the judgment to read the room
- Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information confidentially
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field is required.
