Job Description

We’re hiring a Recruiter for a client of ours to help source and recruit offshore personnel for global operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with some recruiting experience, strong business judgment, and the confidence to get on the phone and start building candidate pipelines.
Recruiter – Offshore Operations Location: Energy Corridor, Houston, TX
  • Pay: $30–$35/hour
  • Duration: 3–6 month contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent, based on performance
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. in office; Friday, 8 a.m.–noon remote
  • Parking: Free or validated
  • Start: ASAP
What you’ll do
  • Source candidates for offshore rig and onshore positions using outreach, talent pools, and creative sourcing methods.
  • Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, compensation expectations, relocation needs, and availability.
  • Conduct competency based interviews to assess job and team fit.
  • Attend career and job fairs as needed to build candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and move qualified candidates through the process.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, communicate confidently with candidates, and bring a practical understanding of recruiting.
