Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter for a busy telecommunication company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of positions. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a sense of urgency to meet hiring goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods
- Review resumes and conduct candidate screenings and interviews
- Match qualified candidates with open positions based on skills and experience
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage job postings and recruiting databases
- Ensure all hiring processes are completed accurately and timely
- Meet recruiting and placement goals in a fast-paced environment
- Onboard new hires
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Indeed and Zip Recruiter very helpful
- Experience working with AI
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual preferred
Pay rate depends on experience.
Position could become full time with the company.
