A law firm in Downtown Dallas is currently seeking a Transactional Legal Assistant to join their esteemed Real Estate Finance team. As a key player on their team, you will contribute to their success by leveraging your expertise in legal support and your experience within the realm of finance and real estate transactions.

What We're Looking For:

Transactional Expertise: Your prior experience in transactional matters, particularly in the domains of finance and real estate, will be invaluable in ensuring our team's success.

Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and the ability to seamlessly convert PDFs to Word while expertly formatting documents and executing redlining tasks are essential skills for this role.

Transcription Proficiency: Your adeptness in transcribing attorney dictations, including familiarity with specialized tools like Big Hand, will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation processes.

Proactive Workload Management: This role demands someone who is no stranger to managing a bustling workload with grace and precision. Your ability to prioritize tasks and maintain impeccable attention to detail will be crucial.

Regan graduated from Texas Tech University in 2003 with her Bachelor’s in Marketing. She then went to graduate school at St. Thomas University, where she received her MBA. She started working for Burnett in June 2005 in Houston.

In this role, she was the liaison between the client and each specialty division to ensure the highest quality customer service and proven results. In 2010, Regan moved into a direct-hire recruiter role. She has been successful in filling all different types of positions for clients across several industries. In 2013, her husband’s job transferred them to Dallas, and she is now a Sr. Direct-Hire Recruiter for Choice Specialists in Dallas, Texas.
