Job Description


This key position is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. The role requires a blend of technical and managerial skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all project tasks from initial planning to project completion, including financial closeout.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget and timelines, using strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, clients, and external vendors.
  • Implement project plans using project management software; experience with NetSuite or similar tools is a plus.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, with a focus on clear communication both written and verbal.
  • Manage project resources, including manpower and material allocation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience or a strong academic background with a passion for project management.
  • Demonstrated ambition and drive to succeed in the project management field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Construction or mechanical engineering background, preferably with direct experience in mechanical construction, industrial services, or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certifications for process improvement projects.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Technical knowledge of hydronic heating and cooling systems and components.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
