Job Description

Location: SW Houston located near the Beltway and 59
Length: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity – Assisting temporarily for 4-5 months before conversion
Hours: 8a-5p, ONSITE
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $19.00/hr., depending on experience and recent pay history
Interview Details: Wants to do one round of in person interviews and then select a candidate to start  

*** They are open to an administrative candidate with basic understanding of data entry, MS Office, who is organized and willing to learn. 

Details: 
  • We are looking for someone who is proficient with data entry, has great time management skills, organized, good attitude, and willingness to assist in other office duties as necessary 
  • Previously in the Construction Materials or Engineering Field would be a plus, but not necessary
  • We are willing to train the right person 
  • Attitude is key – needs someone who will fit in with the team 
  • Needs to be knowledgeable in Word and Excel – will have to train on their specific invoicing system 
  • Attention to detail and time management are KEY in this role  
  • Someone who has worked as an Admin. for a construction company would be great – not necessary – but would be nice to have
