Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and adjust production schedule as needed
- Issue work orders to production team and ensure the schedule
- Determine improvements to the production process and implement accordingly
- Provide clear quality standards for the team to follow
- Troubleshoot and investigate production quality issues
- Supervise production team
Required:
- High School diploma
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques, knowledge of machines, tools, raw materials and quality control programs
- Effective communication both verbal and written
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to efficiently plan, organize and manage time
- Possess great attention to detail skillset
- Work within QMS and in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience with SAGE preferred
