Pre-Litigation Attorney
Job Description
A highly respected Houston personal injury law firm is seeking multiple Pre-Litigation Attorneys to join their growing team. This 22-attorney firm is dedicated to representing individuals and families impacted by serious personal injuries, wrongful death matters, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, dog bites, and other catastrophic injury cases. The firm is known for combining aggressive representation with personalized, client-focused service. Position: Pre-Litigation Attorney
Location: Greenway Plaza or Clear Lake | 100% In-Office
Compensation
- Up to $210K base salary depending on years of experience
- Excellent bonus structure
- In addition to bonuses, attorneys receive 50% of attorney fees
Experience Levels Needed
Attorneys with 6 Months – 2 Years of Experience
- Compensation: $80K – $120K
Attorneys with 2 – 12 Years of Experience
- Compensation: $120K – $200K
Attorneys with 12+ Years of Experience
- Compensation: $200K+
Position Details
- 100% in-office role

Job Responsibilities
- Manage, handle, and develop pre-litigation medical cases
- Work closely with a Case Manager and Senior Attorney during onboarding and training
- Learn and follow firm procedures, processes, and case management standards
- Handle high-volume personal injury dockets
- Review medical records, damages, and liability documentation
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
- Develop case strategies and assist with settlement negotiations
- Maintain organized and accurate case files while meeting deadlines
Caseload Information
- Each Case Manager handles approximately $1 million in settlements and manages 100–120 cases per docket
- Once fully trained and established, attorneys may be assigned up to three dockets totaling approximately $3 million in value
