Pre-Litigation Attorney- Houston Area  A prestigious personal injury firm recognized as one of the top personal injury firms in Texas focusing on catastrophic injury cases is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team. Located in the inner loop of Houston. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience handling commercial vehicle, workplace injury, and product liability personal injury cases. 
Duties include:
  • Qualify and investigate referral cases across the country
  • Work up prelitigation files from signup through negotiation/filing suit
  • Draft lawsuits, settlement brochures, and initial disclosures/discovery requests
  • Interact with clients, adjusters, staff, and other lawyers over the phone and in person
  • Attend vehicle, scene, and workplace inspections
  • Manage the prelitigation team.
