PI Litigation Attorneys

Requirements: 
  • Experience in personal injury litigation; ideally in: Motor vehicle accidents, auto, trucking, 18-wheeler 
  • Preferred experience: Slip and fall/ work injury; or government experience 
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Litigation: Prepare and present cases in court, including drafting pleadings, filing motions, and representing clients at hearings and trials.
  • Documentation: Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, settlement agreements, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in TX.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases and achieving favorable settlements or verdicts.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure.
