Senior Intake Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Representative / Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is critical in managing the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is experienced in client-facing roles within the legal field and excels in customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients (focus on personal injury and civil litigation)
Guide new clients through the intake process and ensure timely receipt of signed agreements
Conduct full intake interviews with all newly signed clients
Coordinate referrals when necessary
Support the marketing team with outreach and materials
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or higher; must be at least 18 years old
Previous experience in a personal injury law firm (internships or employment)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
2–5 years of experience in customer service and/or sales roles
Ability to follow structured call handling procedures
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage follow-up systems for leads
Demonstrated critical thinking skills to assess lead qualifications
Experience using CRM software strongly preferred
Minimum 3 years of intake and retainer experience in a plaintiff-side personal injury setting
Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Word, and Excel
