Personal Injury Attorneys – Multiple Opportunities | Dallas
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for two Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney opportunities with established law firms in the Dallas area. These opportunities are open to attorneys at different experience levels and offer competitive base salaries plus significant bonus potential.
Opportunity #1 – Personal Injury Associate Attorney
- Location: Plano, TX
- Experience: 2–5 years of personal injury experience required
- Base Salary: $100K–$125K
- Total Compensation: Approximately $150K–$200K with bonuses
- Schedule: Fully onsite, 5 days per week; approximately 38-hour workweek
- Plaintiff personal injury experience required
- Litigation experience preferred, but not required
- Active Texas Bar license required
- Generous bonus potential
- Location: Garland, TX
- Experience: 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Base Salary: $160K–$175K + bonuses
- Schedule: Fully onsite
- Manage plaintiff PI cases from filing through final resolution
- First-chair jury trial experience required
- Strong experience with depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and trial
- Active Texas Bar license required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
- Medical insurance 100% employer-paid, plus dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays
- Immediate hire with after-hours and weekend interviews available
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in plaintiff personal injury law, excellent client communication skills, strong legal writing and analytical abilities, and a passion for advocating for injured clients.

Regan graduated from Texas Tech University in 2003 with her Bachelor’s in Marketing. She then went to graduate school at St. Thomas University, where she received her MBA. She started working for Burnett in June 2005 in Houston.
Regan was a Senior Account Executive for five years. In this role, she was the liaison between the client and each specialty division to ensure the highest quality customer service and proven results. In 2010, Regan moved into a direct-hire recruiter role. She has been successful in filling all different types of positions for clients across several industries. In 2013, her husband’s job transferred them to Dallas, and she is now a Sr. Direct-Hire Recruiter for Choice Specialists in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys what she does and is passionate about helping candidates and companies grow!
