Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of personal injury experience, strong litigation skills, and a passion for achieving exceptional results for injured clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and medical providers.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy and maximize client outcomes.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.
- 2–5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required.
- Litigation experience preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding client service.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.
- Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually
- Generous performance-based bonus program
- Expected total compensation: $150,000–$200,000+
- Full-time position with a 38-hour workweek
- Monday through Friday
- 100% in-office role located in Plano, Texas
