Personal Injury Associate Attorney (Senior)
Job Description
Competitive Salary: $150k base salary plus 10% of attorney’s fees from settled cases
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from petition to trial, including conducting depositions, selecting experts, conducting mediations, and supervising paralegals.
- Draft motions and argue at hearings with a deep understanding of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP).
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and opposing counsel.
- Absorb mentorship to become the best PI attorney possible, always pushing the ball forward for every case.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ year Plaintiff's side of a personal injury law firm, specifically in litigation.
- Specialization: Experience handling motor vehicle accidents; premises liability experience and Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong knowledge of the TRCP, and a willingness to learn and grow under mentorship.
- Personality: A proactive, organized individual who is eager to push every case forward and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
License/Certification: Bar License in Texas (Required) License in California strongly preferred
