Payroll Manager
 Responsibilities
  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations, including calculations, deductions, and withholdings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to obtain necessary payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations affecting payroll and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify errors, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and timely responses.
  • Oversee payroll-related compliance, including tax filings, W-2 and 1099 issuance, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain payroll best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during payroll audits.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred), but will consider relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience processing payroll for salaries employees and handling bonus and commission processing and calculations
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience 
  • Proficient in ADP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
