Our client located in The Woodlands area is looking for a Paralegal to join their team! This is fully in the office.

Job Summary:

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to property acquisitions, site leases, sales, and development agreements.

  • Review and summarize title commitments, ALTA surveys, zoning reports, environmental assessments, and related due diligence documents.

  • Prepare and manage closing checklists, escrow instructions, and closing binders.

  • Coordinate transaction timelines and documentation flow with internal teams, brokers, outside counsel, title companies, and governmental agencies.

  • Support ongoing lease administration, including monitoring of renewals, rent obligations, and notice requirements.

  • Maintain and update real estate files and tracking systems in accordance with company procedures.

  • Assist in managing documentation for fuel system easements, access rights, and utility agreements as related to fueling infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong emphasis on commercial real estate transactions required.

  • Strong working knowledge of title/survey review, leasing, and closing procedures.

  • Paralegal certificate or relevant legal education preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with real estate or lease management software is a plus.
