Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Verify and cross-check order details, pricing, and quantities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance and procurement teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all processing activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with periodic audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Proven experience in order processing, preferably within the calibration or related industry.
- Strong familiarity with purchase orders and invoice management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a heads-down, focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in business administration or accounting is a plus.
