Job Description
The Order Processing Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of customer orders. This position involves meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to fulfill customer requests accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- The Order Verification & Processing Specialist will verify and process orders as they are received
- Use superior customer service skills and attention to detail at all times.
- The candidate must be able to follow a written script while verifying orders with customers.
- Answer and follow up with incoming customer phone calls
- Processing credit card payments
Qualifications
- Strong Communication/Customer Service skills
- Excellent work ethic, dependability and trustworthiness
- Detail oriented and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic data entry skills and administrative skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word)
- General administrative duties
