We are seeking a reliable and professional Contract Office Support Specialist to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced industrial office environment. Responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, filing, scheduling, customer service, and general administrative support.
Qualifications:

Previous office support, administrative, or customer service experience required

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, construction, or oil & gas environments preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar software preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
