Job Description
We are a dynamic and growing company looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting both our local office and other branches. Located in beautiful Boerne, Texas. Direct Hire Office Manager role working Monday through Friday 7:30am, 40 hour work week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary front desk reception, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
• Provide backup phone support for our Austin office and other branches as needed
• Accept and manage deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to the right teams
• Sort, process, and distribute paychecks, including handling pink slips and layoff checks
• Print and distribute job site safety sheets, maintaining up-to-date safety files for all locations
• Oversee the safety board and conduct regular branch safety walks to ensure compliance
• Support the needs of the Connelly fabrication shop
• Order and maintain office supplies, janitorial items, pest control services, and landscaping needs
• Coordinate office repairs, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace
• Arrange couriers for urgent deliveries to job sites or other branches as needed
• Process new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Assist with arranging lunches, breakfasts, and other needs for meetings and training sessions
Shared Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing proposals and monthly fuel reports
• Support project managers with credit card statements, drayage, and mileage/expense reports
• Coordinate events, such as golf tournaments, charity sponsorships, and customer appreciation initiatives (minimum 3 per year)
• Take detailed safety meeting notes and help schedule required trainings like CPR and safety sessions
• Manage community engagement activities, including blood drives and Christmas donations
• Provide Notary services and administrative support, including Microsoft admin tasks
