Front Desk / Medical Records Clerk (Temporary)
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk / Medical Records Clerk for a 3–6 month temporary assignment. This is a business casual, client-facing role supporting daily front office and medical records operations.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and provide front desk support

Answer phones and assist clients professionally

Help retrieve medical records and check record status

File documents and sort mail
-
Work in Outlook and an internal system (training provided)
Qualifications:
-
Hospital and medical record release experience preferred

Basic computer skills required

Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor

Organized and dependable with attention to detail
This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare administrative experience who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced office environment.
