Mass Torts Intake Paralegal
Job Description
Mass tort firm with several offices throughout the country is ooking for a Mass Torts Intake Paralegal. This person will sit in their Dallas office.
Schedule: 100% in office
Salary range: $80k-$90k/yr + discretionary bonuses/raises annually in Dec (non-exempt/hourly)

Job Duties and Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience
- This person will be doing more than just intake
- Drafting documents
- Performing defendant research
- Must have a litigation background
- Mass tort or MDL experience is a plus
- Will be working under two shareholders
- Must have a collaborative attitude
- A team player with a great attitude
- Ability to work with/around various attorney personalities
- Creative problem solver who takes initiative to accomplish tasks with a minimal level of supervision
