Regional firm with offices in Houston is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager.
Position – Marketing and Business Development Manager
Schedule: 100% in office
Experience – 5+ years

- Full‑time Houston‑based role providing strategic direction and hands‑on execution across attorney, practice group, office, and firm‑wide marketing and business development initiatives.
- Conceptualizes and manages client‑facing events, sponsorships, seminars, speaking opportunities, and relationships with Texas‑based and national organizations.
- Coordinates Texas‑based media relations, external communications, website/blog/social content, legal surveys, rankings, and ensures accuracy of marketing materials.
- Works with client teams on pitches and proposals, prepares materials, rehearses presentations, and identifies thought‑leadership and market opportunities through research and analysis.
- Partners with the COO, Director of Business Development, Texas partners, practice groups, and a seven‑person multi‑office marketing team to support firm growth.
- a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of professional services marketing experience (legal preferred), strong writing and analytical skills, CRM familiarity, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
