JOB SUMMARY
The position will report to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all Race Rock locations and each business unit.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and strategic goals • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and content to support sales and business development efforts • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email marketing, SEO, and social media o Coordinate tradeshows, industry events, and customer outreach initiatives • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to inform marketing decisions • Ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all marketing materials and channels
Qualifications
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure sectors. • Strong project management and communication skills. • Experience supporting multiple product lines or business units simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.

Experience: Would love someone out of manufacturing or someone who is willing to learn about it. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience desired.

Marketing Budget: This person will form and create the marketing budget for the company.

Schedule: The expectation is 100% in office, especially at the beginning. However, they will find that there is flexibility in the schedule, keeping in mind this is a high functioning, high performing team.

Travel: 10-15%
