Marketing & Social Media Specialist- Sugar Land
A well-known homebuilder located in the Sugar Land area is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Specialist. Candidates must have previous or current experience working with a residential homebuilder, commercial real estate firm, or a construction company. Responsibilities include:
Digital & Social Media Strategy
Content Creation & Brand Presence
Website & Lead Generation
Marketing Analytics & Growth
Digital & Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Create engaging content including reels, stories, video walkthroughs, builder updates, homeowner features, and community highlights
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online audiences
Content Creation & Brand Presence
- Capture and coordinate photography/video content for homes, model tours, events, and communities
- Write compelling copy for social posts, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates
- Collaborate with sales and construction teams to identify content opportunities
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all digital channels
Website & Lead Generation
- Assist with website updates, SEO improvements, and online listings
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics
- Support digital advertising initiatives including Google Ads and social media campaigns
- Help optimize online customer journeys and lead conversion opportunities
Marketing Analytics & Growth
- Track campaign performance and provide monthly reporting insights
- Identify emerging trends and recommend new digital marketing opportunities
- Analyze competitor activity and market positioning
- Recommend strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and brand awareness
